My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The lovely clean and large room provided amazing water views over beautiful Port Macquarie, making it a truly comfortable and spacious experience. Although the room may need some paint soon, it was still a fantastic stay after a long trip to Port Macquarie.

I must say, the hotel's location was fantastic, with its proximity to various facilities and restaurants. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown - old, small, and poorly lit, but at least they were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The service was a mixed bag of welcoming interactions and slightly unprofessional behavior. Here's my detailed experience:

The rooms were very comfortable; we really only slept there. However, they were old and outdated, had a view of the back alley, and the balcony was very small compared to other hotels in the same vicinity. The rooms were very poorly lit, had cracks along the walls, and smelled somewhat damp.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, but some were in the back room having personal conversations before attending to guests. Overall, they were friendly and efficient at reception.
