Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The lovely clean and large room provided amazing water views over beautiful Port Macquarie, making it a truly comfortable and spacious experience. Although the room may need some paint soon, it was still a fantastic stay after a long trip to Port Macquarie.
I must say, the hotel's location was fantastic, with its proximity to various facilities and restaurants. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown - old, small, and poorly lit, but at least they were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The service was a mixed bag of welcoming interactions and slightly unprofessional behavior. Here's my detailed experience:
The hotel had spacious rooms, though a bit tired and in need of refurbishment, with a high price tag of $559 per night for the apartment. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, even suggesting outside dining options. The location was ideal, close to the Greyhound bus stop and overlooking the water. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement but with excellent service and location.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service in a good location, although there are some cleanliness issues in the rooms and the dining experience could be improved. The facilities are decent for a relaxing stay.
The hotel has large, dated rooms showing signs of wear and tear, but they are spacious and quiet with a lovely view. Priced at $600 per night, the rooms lack a balcony and breakfast, giving a vibe from the '90s.
The hotel offers a nice and clean room with an exceptional view of the pool area and river. However, there were instances of noise from the neighboring rooms and cleanliness concerns.
